Regulations of the camping field
under the name "Open'er Festival"
Gdynia – Kosakowo airfield, 30th June 2011 - 3rd July 2011.
1. The camp field entrance is available only for the people owning the camp field wristbands or a ticket with the "camping" option paid.
2. Every inhabitant of the camp field is obligated to abide these regulations.
3. The camp field is open from 29th June 2011, 12:00 to 4th July 2010, 12:00.
4. The camp field doesn't take caravans, only tents (for max. 4 persons)
5. On the camp field it's forbidden to:
- prepare the camp-fire,
- use open fire inside tents,
- use gas containers,
- grill outside the marked places,
- use electric devices without permission (heathers, kettles etc.)
- connect to the existing electric network,
- interfere in any way with the surrounding greenery,
- devastate the camp field infrastructure,
- disturb the order of the camp field in any way,
- litter the camp field area,
- bring on the dangerous things, incl. weapons,
- bring on the alcohol or drugs,
- bring on the animals to the camp field.
6. Persons not abiding these regulations will be expelled from the camp field area with no return possibility.
7. The Organizer doesn't take any responsibility for the stolen or lost precious things not left in the deposit.
8. In case of any lapses or noticed emergencies please, inform the camp field bureau or the security.
9. It's mandatory to follow every instructions of the organizer bureau and security.
10. It's possible to dig the water-draining trenches under the condition of returning the area to the previous state after finishing camping.
11. On the camp field we make available for You:
- the 24h-open comestible shop,
- shower cabins and toilets,
- deposit point - in the organizer's bureau - paid 10 PLN for every use,
- the parking place located nearby - every entrance costs 20 PLN; cars only to 3,5t of weight,
- catering point.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of The Regulations.
