Festival goer is obliged to obey Festival`s regulations (available at www.opener.pl, www.heineken.pl as well as in information points at the Festival area) which are directed to all people who will be staying at the Event area. You’ll find answers for your questions in information points.

CAMPING
Available from noon 29th of June to noon 4th of July. Accessible for Festival goers with tickets with camping site. There is catering zone open 24 hours a day, soft drink point and cash machine, and festival cash where you can buy festival coupons and ALTER kART.
CAMPERS AND CARAVANS
This year we arranged a special area for festival goers who wish to spend the night in their campers, trailers, etc.
EXCHANGING TICKETS FOR WRISTBANDS
One day tickets, 3 and 4 day tickets will be exchanged for wristbands; a wristband can be used by one person only; damaging or tearing off the wristband makes it invalid; the resale of wristbands is forbidden • You can exchange the ticket for a wristband before the entrance at the festival area (open from 30th June from 10:00 a.m.).
Additional ticket exchange point (applies to regular tickets, not electronic tickets, VIP tickets or camping field tickets) is located at the Main Railway Station in Gdynia (Gdynia Główna) open from 29.06: 12:00 a.m.-00:00 p.m.; 30.06: 9:00 a.m.-00:00 a.m.; 1.07: 9:00 a.m.-00.00 a.m.; 2.07: 9:00 a.m.-00:00 a.m.; 3.07: 9:00 a.m.-09:00 p.m.) • Keep in mind! In order to avoid waiting in additional exchange point, come to the festival area with your ticket!
PARKING FOR PERSONS SLEEPING AT THE CAMPING FIELD
Entrance for a parking from Zielona Street. Parking is paid, supervised- unguarded. The parking lot is open 24 hours from noon 29th of June to noon 4th of July.
PARKING FOR ALL REMAINING FESTIVAL GUESTS
Entrance for the festival goers is situated from Kosakowo (Wiejska Street) – parking is paid, supervised- unguarded. This is also a place where you can leave your bike for free. Parking lot is open every day of festival from 3:00 p.m. and costs 20 PLN for each entrance • Attention! Cars left overnight (not picked up till 6:00 a.m) will be treated as if having entered the parking lot again, payment for additional days will be accepted upon exiting the parking lot. • IN CASE OF RAINY WEATHER... we kindly request to leave your car at the car park in the city centre and use our special free buses to get to festival area.
BUSES
We already know the timetable of buses to and from Heineken Open’er Festival:
You can also get to Babie Doły with night bus N10.
The buses leave from the stop next to Gdynia Główna – Main Railway Station, ca. 100 m (110 yrs) to the left from the main exit from the train station, and they stop in Babie Doły next to the entrance for pedestrians from Zielona st. Have a good and musical trip!
INFORMATIONS FOR THE DISABLED PEOPLE
There will be a special platform for the people with disabilities with view of Main Stage. There will be also volunteers who will assist you.
MERCHARDISING AREA
You will find there 4 gastronomic areas with full range of hot and cold beverages, full range of meals (also vegetarian).
OFFICIAL FESTIVAL SHOP
Like usually at the festival area there will be our official shop, where you can buy festival T-shirts, raincoats and other items.
TOILETS AND WASH-BASIN
At the festival area toilets and wash-basin will be available. At the camp site there will be also shower cabins.
CASH MACHINES
For your convenience at the Festival area, and at the camp site there will be several 24/7 cash machines (check the attached map).
FESTIVAL COUPONS
All purchases at the festival will be made using festival coupons and ALTER kART. Coupons can be purchased exclusively at the festival box Office. The coupons are secured - foreign currency will not be accepted by vendors.
ALTER kART contactless Mastercard PayPass card.
As every year, we prepared a special co-branded edition of MasterCard® PayPass™ proximity card. The cards will be topped up with PLN 120. Unlike in previous years, you won’t be able to top up the Card at the festival site. You’ll only have the possibility to check the balance of the Card.
Previous festivals’ ALTER kARTs will also be valid. Remember to top up your card before the festival, as it will not be possible on the site. To top up your ALTER kART, all you need to do is make a bank transfer, or add funds to your card in a bank or at the post office, to the account number on the back of the card.
In between the festivals, you can use all ALTER kARTs as normal plastic cards. So don’t throw away the terms and conditions or the PIN number, distributed with every card!
DO NOT BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO THE FESTIVAL
Digital cameras with more than 5.0 mln px. All professional cameras are prohibited. • Umbrellas with pointy endings • Dangerous items (knives, sharp tools, weapons, laser pointers etc.) • Alcohol, drugs etc.
